Pair cuffed for US gov hack

Two men have been arrested and charged as part of a 2015 campaign to hack US government officials.

Andrew "INCURSIO" Boggs, 22, and Justin "D3F4ULT" Liverman, 24, both of North Carolina, face counts of felony conspiracy for their roles as part of the trans-Atlantic hacking group "Crackas with Attitude."

The duo, along with at least three people arrested in the UK, used social engineering and impersonation tactics to access the personal accounts and systems of US government officials, including CIA Director John Brennan.

Both Boggs and Liverman will appear in court next week. ®
