OpenSSL 1.1.0 is out

A new release of the OpenSSL encryption library is out.

Among the three dozen major changes in the OpenSSL 1.1.0 release are a new Threading API, the removal by default of the Heartbeat extension, and IPv6 support for BIO networking.
