Huawei unveils P9 phones

Huawei today revealed its first Leica-developed and branded phones, with two 2016 flagships. The dual-lens camera (one’s RGB, the other mono) in the P9 models allows more light in than its Samsung and Apple rivals, reckons Huawei.

Both the 5.2 inch P9 and 5.5 inch P9 Plus phones boast a FHD screen, but are slimmer than the Samsung and iPhone rivals, and have no camera bump. Huawei’s wheezy silicon has finally caught up, featuring its own Kirin 955 chipset. It takes both nano and micro SD SIMs.
