CIOs: What jobs do you have to fill before you can get on with yours?

Join our career defining roundtable

By Joe Fay, 16 Jan 2015

Reg Events You’ve snagged the top job and you’re now defining the digital future not just for IT, but for your entire company. But without the right team to pull it all together, you’re going to get precisely...nowhere.

That’s why the first Register Roundtable of 2015 will be asking:

How do you build and keep a winning team?

Who do you need, where do you find them, and how do you keep them? And how do you give them the space to be brilliant when you’ve got them?

Whether you’re grappling with recruitment and struggling to hold on to your best people, or if you’ve built and rebuilt successful teams in the past, we want you to join us and your fellow senior IT decision makers.

We’ll be meeting at a central London Hotel on March 3 at 3pm. The formal discussion will last 90 minutes, and then we’d like you to join us to continue the conversation informally over fine wine and cocktails. The whole event will be conducted under the Chatham House Rule. You can see just how interesting our previous roundtables have been by clicking on the links below.

We’ll be capping numbers at 12, but we’re aiming to keep the panel as broad-based as possible. If you don’t make the list for this event, don’t worry, we’ll make sure you’re on the list for future events.
